Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Lost or Stolen Packages

CurlMuse is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.


Order Changes & Cancellations
